Habe den S88-2-Booster vor sieben S88-3 Rückmeldern in Betrieb, es funktioniert hervorragend. Auch im gemischten Einsatz mit märklins alten s88-Rückmeldern. Die S88-3 sind mit Patchkabeln verbunden, die bis zu 2m lang sind, die Kontaktgleise sind bis zu 1 m vom S88-3 entfernt. Es funktioniert problemlos.
Ich hatte vorher den s88-Link von märklin am Start, der bereits ab em 2. Rückmelder in der Reihe falsche Ergebnisse lieferte.

Ich hoffe dass die guten Erfahrungen zu Anfang so bleiben. Damit wäre ein Problem auf meiner Anlage dauerhaft beseitigt.

Mit einem Schlag waren alle Probleme im S-88 Bus behoben obwohl die Länge nicht mehr als 10 m beträgt. Durch die Mischung verschiedener Rückmelder - insgesmt 10 - gab es teilweise doppelte Steckverbindungen (Adapter) , die wohl die Signale störten.
