Den Powersplitter setzte ich an eine großen N-Anlage ein.
Die Versorgung der Anlage ist in zwei Teile getrennt.
Den dritten Ausgang benutze ich für die Weichendecoder.

Prima Idee, um die Anlage in einzelne Überwachungsbereiche aufzuteilen und damit die Fehlersuche z.B. bei einem Kurzschluss erheblich zu vereinfachen!

Schon länger habe ich gedacht, das es nicht immer gleich eine Zentrale mit mehreren Boostern sein muss, um eine etwas größere Anlage -aber mit relativ wenigen gleichzeitig eingesetzten Fahrzeugen- auszustatten und trotzdem ggf. lokale Kurzschlüsse einzugrenzen. Der Power-Splitter hat das Problem elegant gelöst. Allerdings sollten die Anzeige-LED ohne Eingriffe auf der Platine einfach zu einer externen Anzeige herausgeführt werden können.
